Meet Marissa
I just got a very special opportunity this morning : taking photos from a beautiful model from South Africa, Marissa van Oudtshoorn. So I'm wondering, how many times in a year a new-learner like me got this very special moment? I just hope this is the first, so there will be second, and third, and fourth, and etc.

Something About The Duck
Adit, a friend of mine is trying to take a picture of this silent wooden duck. So damn serious, as if the duck was alive. And like there's a cold war between them. But that's cool. Capturing with style. U can buzz this guy at www.ceritabagoes.blogspot.com .

I Love Bokeh
A Silent Beauty
I just saw a butterfly today in the park, and i can't wait to grab its beauty with my lens. One thing i noticed, is that her wings are shattered on the edge. But i'd say it still doesn't reduce its beauty anyway. A silent beauty.

Emily's Smile

That Cute Little Smile
There are two kinds of kids, the 'photo-avoider' type and 'photo-approacher' type. the first one's usually shy and will be hiding as soon as she saw someone is getting her picture. But not with my niece, Emily. She loved to be photographed, and will pose naturally with her cute little smile. Kids, so pure, so innocent.

A Friend's Birthday
my friend V's birthday. i believe her heart jumped over when she knew that her birthday surprise was a one-way trip with a 'becak' along the street, during the car-free day on one beautiful sunday morning. not just an ordinary 'becak' but this one was full of baloons and noisy empty beer cans attached. unforgettable? only God (and she) knows.

The Eyes of A Child
a photo of my nephew, 6 months old Natan. there's always something magical when u see the eyes of a child. there reflected innocence, pureness, and something 'white' in this dark and cloudy era. It's just like they wouldn't afraid to face the world ahead, with its war and storm, poverty and crimes.
